Stop Being Stuck: Three Action Steps You Need Now

Here is the three-part framework we use in Adult Support sessions to move you from passive pain to active healing:

This isn’t about forgetting; it’s about reducing the emotional charge so the memory no longer controls your present.
2. Reclaim Your Identity: Loss often erases a part of who you are (e.g., as a partner, a caretaker, or a child). We work collaboratively to define the new you. You will rebuild your sense of self with intention and courage.
3. Build New Anchors: Your old routines and connections are broken. We focus on establishing new, healthy anchors. This includes practical, actionable self-care plans and the communication skills needed to re-engage with your support system
